This Refund Policy ensures that every transaction aboard your journey remains clear, fair, and respectful to all seafarers of the Oceanhorn™ world. 1. General Policy on Digital Goods All purchases made on this site—including game keys, digital downloads, expansion packs, and in-game items—are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed. By completing a transaction, you agree to waive standard cancellation rights typically applied to physical goods. Digital items are considered used once access is granted, just like a spell scroll fading after being read. 2. Eligible Refund Scenarios Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as: Accidental duplicate purchases caused by system errors. Purchases that did not grant access to the content due to technical failure. Clearly unauthorized transactions (investigation required). Wrong version/platform was purchased, and the product was not activated or used. Payment processed but item never delivered. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. You can cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings. 5. Marketplace and Platform Refunds If you purchased Oceanhorn™ content through another platform (e.g., Steam, App Store, Google Play, GOG, or Nintendo eShop), please refer to their individual refund policies. Refund requests for third-party platforms must be submitted directly to them—we cannot override their policies. 6. Fraudulent Payments and Chargebacks We take financial integrity seriously. Users who initiate chargebacks without contacting us first may face: Permanent account restrictions Revocation of all purchased content Blocking of future purchases Legal escalation in cases of fraud If you suspect an error or misuse, reach out to our support team—we are here to help without hostility. 7.
